Dear Readers, in the December 2016 edition of WAI Newsletter, you will find the editorial of HE Ing. José Brito, Chairman of WAI Board of Directors. The keynotes of WAI Chairman mainly underline the importance of the new Strategic Plan and the role of «think tank» of the Institute in the accelerating process of regional integration in the West Africa region.

WAI Director General, Prof. Djénéba Traoré addresses in the present Newsletter the new orientation of the research program of the Institute.
